Each of our items go through a rigorous authentication process through our team and third party authentication services to ensure that each purchase made through our store has been certified authentic. Multiple factors are taken into consideration, including, but not limited to, stitching, certificates, serial numbers, date codes, hardware, style number, quality, and other unique identifiers.

In order to meet the current demand and given the nature of sourcing inventory, all sales are final. Please be sure to review all pictures and ask any questions prior to making a purchase.

Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via Fedex Overnight. We ship domestically with standard rates applying. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.

You may pick up your item in Miami, FL Pick up is available Monday-Friday,
10am-6pm by appointment only. An email will be sent when your order
is ready for pickup. Please email to

available to deliver your order. 

We source products from a variety of places that include local consignment shops, local vendors, and online third-party platforms.

We strive to be as detailed as possible when describing our products. We are happy to provide additional information and/or pictures upon request by direct messaging at @lussoerosas on Instagram. Please keep in mind we specialize in pre-loved designer handbags which can range from “Like New” to “Fair” condition. The guide is as follows:
• Like New: Mint condition pre-owned or new without tags
• Excellent: Lightly used but no noticeable flaws
• Good: Minor flaws or signs of wear, to be noted in the description or photos
• Fair: Obvious flaws or signs of wear, to be noted in the description or photos
